RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At MAISON GEORGE FLORENCE we strive to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may want to return an item for a different size or color. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item, this applies only to items that are purchased online.

In another case, If you have returned an item purchased in-store, the refund will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase.
If a refund to the original method of payment is not possible, our store staff will indicate an alternative method.
 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Maison George Florence reserves the right to delay or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY POLICY

  • If you purchase very early in the morning or late at night, we can send your order early in the morning and you receive the same the same day by evening.

  • We use the closest delivery Agency(Finex, Touristique, Vatican, Etc) near you to bring it fast.

  • Delivery happens immediately after payment is confirmed and depends on availability.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Maison George Florence does not cover customs delays, seizures, or rejections.

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds (if any) are issued solely at our discretion.
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider.
  • Maison George Florence reserves the right to issue store credit instead of refunds.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are  guaranteed with 7-14days and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or local regulations.
  • Maison George Florence is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

 Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION

  • We reserve the right to:
  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Refuse service to repeat offenders
  • Block customers who abuse chargebacks, returns, or claims
  • Any fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities and payment processors.
